At Horvitz Plumbing we understand that an emergency can occur without warning and at any time 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. When you experience any emergency, the fear of damage to your property or another property can be frightening and costly.
We offer our customer’s the option to receive traditional emergency service at standard “Emergency Service” rates or the opportunity to enroll in one of two Emergency Service plans.
We offer two plans, one for Heating Only and one for Plumbing & Heating. Each plan provides 24-hour/7 day per week emergency service during the covered period. With either of these plans, emergency service is provided at our regular labor rate, not emergency rates (a labor savings of over 44%) and you will receive a 10% discount on materials/parts we supply during the emergency visit, plus priority scheduling for non-emergencies. Payment in-full is due at the time services are provided. The fee and plan periods are listed below. Plan coverage information and enrollment forms are available on this page. - Heating Only Plan is effective October 15, 2018 and ends on May 15, 2019 with a cost of $295.00*.
- Plumbing & Heating Plan is effective September 1, 2018 and ends on August 31, 2019 with a cost of $350.00*.
Customers that have more than one location may add coverage for additional locations at a cost of $50.00 per additional location desired. Condominium Associations may subscribe for common area coverage only. If the Condominium Association has purchased a plan, individual condominium unit owners may purchase a separate plan for each of their condominium units at a cost of $50.00 per unit to be covered.
